Cuisine by Design caters weddings for 25 to 150 guests. A specialty of ours is Hors
d’oeuvres Menus which provide you and your guests with a variety of sophisticated and
delicious taste sensations! Beautifully presented and graciously served, your reception
will be both relaxed and refined. We have menus to suit all taste and budgets. Choose
our “Best Value Menu” (see below), which is our most economical option, or allow us to
customize a menu for you.

- Mini Salmon and Wild Rice Cakes with Orange-Dill Aioli Chevre and Basil “Truffles”

- Roasted Baby Potatoes with Roasted Pepper-Walnut “Salsa”
- Flatbread Triangles with Pesto, Roasted Tomatoes and Fontina
- Manchego Cheese Shortbread with Crispy Chorizo; Green Olive-Almond Aiol
This menu is priced at $28.00 per person (allowing 14 pieces per guest). Additional costwill apply for servers, bartenders, rental items as required. Please enquire.
A 15% Gratuity and GST will be applied to your bill.
A 35% deposit will be required to confirm your wedding catering. Final head count must
be advised 14 days in advance. Balance payable at conclusion of wedding (day of).
